I am of the opinion that every last one of us is {noteworthy} in some way!  It is my goal to help as many people as I can to realize that about themselves, then inspire them to do something about it!  I once thought I did not have any talents, sometimes I still feel that way!  But I remind myself all the time that we all have talents and it is up to us to do something with them.  So I have decided to use what talents I have to shed light on amazing people and their stories the only way I know how!  So the {noteworthy} project was started to gather inspiring amazing {noteworthy} stories and tell them to as many people as will listen through my photography.  So please, take a moment and tell your story or nominate someone with an amazing {noteworthy} story!

1.  Email, text or call me to tell your story or nominate another person's story.

3.  If your story is selected you will be contacted using the information you have provided.

1.  You will be contacted in order to arrange a photo shoot to tell your story.  This is not some free sitting.  I am going to meet with you, talk with you, figure you out, then we are going to take whatever time is needed to photograph your story and tell it.

2.  Your story will then be featured on my blog and Facebook page.

1.  The story can be anything you want, but must be true, verifiable and it must be {noteworthy} as deemed by Jonathan Diaz.

2.  Stories selected to be part of the {noteworthy} project will be selected on a purely subjective basis and whether the story is deemed to have merit by Jonathan Diaz.   Stories will be selected by Jonathan Diaz of J.M. Diaz Photography.  As a guideline ask yourself if the story you are considering for submission is, inspiring, interesting and or amazing!

3.  For now the story must be about someone who lives in Utah or can travel to Utah for the photo shoot.

4.  Submission of a story does not in any way guarantee your story will be selected and or told through the {noteworthy} project.

1.  This project is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

2.  Disclosure of personal information is being provided to J.M. Diaz Photography and not to Facebook or Instagram.  J.M. Diaz Photography takes your privacy very seriously and will in no way sell or give out your personal contact information without your express written consent.

3.  You must be 18 or older to submit a story.  You may have a parent or guardian submit your story for you if you are under the age of 18.

4.  Any person photographed as part of the {noteworthy} project must sign a model release prior to having any photographs taken or they will not be able to participate.
